Sometimes you will have only a split second to stop yourself from getting angry. In that second choose what scripture says, instead of what you think is right. Choose the way in James where it says "Let every man be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath." Rarely does any good come from an angry reaction to a serious situation.
